Managing the corporate impact resulting from these events can be crucial if the company is to retain the confidence of its consumers and stakeholders and, in some cases, may be necessary for its very survival.
This course provides training for senior management in how to manage the consequences resulting from an emergency, how to manage the impact on the business and how to survive the event.
